How to get in touch with Instagram customer service

I hope this never happens to you, but if you get locked out of your Instagram or Facebook business accounts, or -even worse- have your account disappear from one day to the next, I want you to know where to go for help.

I often get asked how you guys can get in touch with Facebook or Instagram customer service.

With way over 1 billion accounts on Instagram alone, I don't blame them for trying to filter requests with content before they connect you with customer service.

So here's how you can get on a chat with customer service.

Note that sometimes the chat option doesn’t appear, in which case you need to keep refreshing or try again later.
