How I Stalk Potential Clients The Right Way
Do you keep track of what your audience needs? Here’s a secret and a tip:
When I hear comments about what kind of training, service or help people need, times that work for them, events they want to attend, etc, I copy it all on a spreadsheet.
I separate it into categories (in my case, services, trainings, resources, partnerships). So when I am planning, I know what my audience wants and I give it to them.
I also keep track of who asked, so I can message them and say “hey, saw you were looking for this”.
We focus so much on the whole audience, post and send newsletters to all, but we often forget to get personal and give specific people what they need. Sales come easier that way (plus there is not algorithm on a personal message!).
So if you want to try it for yourself, I am sharing my super simple template with you. Just add the categories that make sense for your business and start keeping track!
Make sure you use this template to create your own and enter your categories on the different sheets on the bottom of the spreadsheet.
Hope this is helpful! Happy tracking.
