COMMUNITY MANAGER, MEMBERSHIP

We are looking for neither an unicorn nor a guru! Just someone that is equally passionate and knowledgeable about Instagram for business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with Your Social Team members only online community, mostly via Facebook group and Mailchimp.
Audit and update members list and cancellations on Google drive, Mailchimp and Facebook (twice a month)
Schedule live class events and posts inside the facebook group (once a week)
Respond to members messages in the group regarding group rules, membership how to, where to find content and lives (weekdays)
Monitor group posts to make sure founder is answering all tactical questions (weekdays)
Contact members who have subscribed but not joined the Facebook group (twice a month if needed)
1-hour meeting at Your Social Team or remotely once a month to plan content and touch base
Must be qualified to give advice to brands and entrepreneurs about Instagram strategies and tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must understand how to use Instagram, Facebook groups, Mailchimp and Google drive
Attention to detail
Must align with our brand values: we are fun, we build community, sanity first, we know our s***.
This is not an hourly contractor position, but the estimated hourly commitment is 5 hours/week.
